In Motion Studios is operated by Lizzie Liu in Texas, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit inmotionstudios.co, send an inquiry or contact us about our services. For privacy questions, email hello@inmotionstudios.co.

When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to share. This may include your name, email address, message, event date and location, venue, package preferences, requested add-ons, approximate budget and how you found us. Project correspondence may also include your company, social or website links, creative brief, timing and intended content usage.

Required form fields are marked. Optional information helps us understand your plans, but you can leave those fields blank. Please avoid including sensitive information or details about other people that are not needed for your inquiry.

Technical information

Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, request times and delivery or error records to operate the site, send messages, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. These operational records are separate from visitor analytics.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss availability and services, prepare proposals, arrange and manage bookings, communicate with you, protect our services and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers and sharing

We use Vercel to host the website and Resend to deliver inquiry emails to our inbox. Our email provider also processes correspondence. These services process information needed to provide their functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or when you ask us to share it.

Brand, creator and talent email links direct you to Lizzie’s social media manager at lizzieliu@grail-talent.com. Clicking a link opens your email service; information you send is received and handled by the manager and the email providers involved. You choose what to include.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Analytics and cookies

We do not use visitor analytics, advertising pixels or session recording on this website. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Our hosting and security services may still process the technical information described above. You can manage cookies and other browser storage through your browser settings.

Links to other services

Portfolio logos and thumbnails may link to Instagram, TikTok or Google Drive. Their videos open on those services rather than playing in embedded social media players on our site. Once you follow an external link, that provider’s privacy practices apply, including any cookies, account requirements or activity measurement it uses.

How long we keep information

We keep routine inquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond to you and handle any related booking, then delete it within two years of our last meaningful contact or completion of the booking, whichever is later. We may retain specific records longer when needed for legal, tax, contractual or dispute purposes. Service providers may maintain operational logs and backups under their own retention schedules.

Your choices and requests

You may email hello@inmotionstudios.co to ask about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain if we need to retain certain records or cannot fulfill a request. If you disagree with our response, reply to the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.

Security and processing locations

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no website, email system or transmission method is completely secure. We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Children’s information
